The Fine Print

Bryn Mawr Vineyards Wine Club Policies

Billing Policy:  By signing up for our Bryn Mawr Vineyards wine club, you agree to be billed for 2 annual wine allocations, and  acknowledge that you are 21 years of age or older.  You will be notified of the billing dates ahead of time.  Please keep your credit card and email information up to date. 

Account Changes: Please notify our Wine Club Manager if you would like to make changes to your wine club membership.  You may access your account information through our website to update your address, phone number, email and/or credit card information.

Shipping:  Federal law requires somene over 21 will need to sign for delivery.  We can ship directly to a FedEx pickup location or to a business.  Shipping orders typically process within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday.  Please be advised that we ship wine according to weather and geography, and we will hold onto your order if the weather at any point of transit, is too hot or too cold. We also offer temperature controlled options to some areas for an additional fee.  Some changes to shipping orders may incur additional fees.  Applicable state taxes will be applied to your order. We ship FedEx Ground as our standard service. If you are interested in upgrading your shipping, have questions about your order, or general shipping questions, please contact Shannon Green at 503-687-1707 or by email. 

Cancellation: By signing up as a wine club member, you are committing to a minimum of 2 club allocations.  Please contact us in writing at least 14 days before the billing date.  We cannot cancel your order once a shipment is in process.
