Returns & Cancellations

At Bryn Mawr Vineyards, we strive to provide you with exceptional wine and a seamless experience. Please review our Returns & Cancellations Policy carefully before making purchases or joining our Wine Club.

Wine Purchases

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once your payment has been processed. If you need to update an order once it has been placed, you can call the Tasting Room at 503 581 4286.

Wine Club Membership & Allocations

We will notify you before we charge your card for any upcoming Wine Club allocations. If you wish to cancel your membership or skip an allocation, it is your responsibility to inform us before your card is charged. No refunds will be issued after a charge has been processed.

Responsibility for Notification

To cancel or modify your Wine Club membership, please notify Shannon Green, our Wine Club & Fulfillment Manager (shannon@brynmawrvineyards.com) prior to the scheduled charge date. We are not responsible for missed cancellations or skipped notifications due to outdated contact information.
