Oregon Pinot Noirs Under $30
By Janice Robinson November 2022
"Bryn Mawr Pinot Noir 2019 Willamette Valley - Pale ruby in colour. Red cherry, pine and forest floor. Savoury and earthy with blacker fruit on the palate. Medium, fine-grained tannin and medium-plus acid. This presents the much more savoury side of Pinot Noir. Well done for under $30! Do decant."

"Bryn Mawr Vineyards 2020 Fender’s Rest Vineyard Pinot Noir, Van Duzer Corridor - A delightful nose of milk chocolate-covered blueberry, cherry and vanilla, the fresh scent of honeysuckle, some toasty oak and the nutty savoriness of Castelvetrano green olives. The aromas return on an indulgently rich palate with structured cocoa-dusted tannins and balanced, fresh acidity."
Bryn Mawr Vineyards Pinot Noir Willamette Valley 2018

"92 Points - A delightful balance of a touch of wood, acidic fruits, and structural tension. The nose entices with browned butter, marzipan, white floral notes, green banana, and mineral. Balancing richness with puckering acidity tart lime is sweetened by a Meyer lemon top note and smoothed with toasted almond."

The Ultimate Willamette Valley Oregon Travel Guide for Wine Lovers!
By A Blonde Vintage November 2022
"Bryn Mawr’s new tasting room boasts sweeping views of the Van Duzer corridor all the way to the Cascades and Oregon Coast Range, with rolling hills in-between. It’s simply breathtaking. They offer whites and pinks which are nervy, acid-driven, and refreshingly crisp even in the hottest of vintages, and reds which are bold, edgy, and dense. Their wines are easily some of the best in Oregon and it’s a hands on family affair, which is noticed in every detail, including the quality of their wines. Make sure to try the Rosè sparkling wine!"

Wine of the Week: 2020 Fender's Rest PN
By PaulG On Wine September 2022
"Bryn Mawr 2020 Fender's Rest Vineyard Pinot Noir - This is a new vineyard for me, and the first time it's been made as a vineyard select for the winery. It's dark and lush with vibrant blackberry and boysenberry fruit. Winemaker Rachel Rose teases the more elegant aspects out around the potent core of fruit and acid and tannins. The barrel aging (25% new) adds a lovely toasty note resonating across the finish. Drink this now and over the next five years."
2018 Bryn Mawr Vineyards Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay
By Winerabble September 2022
"I was first struck by the abundant minerality and acidity in this Chardonnay. Mouth puckering tartness washed over my tongue– citrus flavors of lemons, lime, and lemon zest, along with wet stone. When I was a kid, I used to suck on lemons and this wine reminded me of the delight I used to get doing so! This Chardonnay had a clean, lemon-flavored ice milk finish that left me thirsty for my next sip."
