In accordance with Governor Brown’s “Risk & Prevention Framework”, Bryn Mawr Vineyards will be restricted to conduct tastings at a reduced capacity of 25% or 18 people in the Tasting Room at any one time. Additionally, we will be maintaining the following restrictions:

• Maximum of six people per table
• No more than two households per table
• Maximum capacity of 18 people indoors, 50 people outdoors

Tastings will also be conducted on the Deck, which has a roof and is open on three sides. The deck is open to the elements. We do offer personal propane heaters, but please dress accordingly.

Because of the reduced capacity, we have had to make some difficult decisions. Therefore, while under these restrictions, we have set up the following conditions:

a. Regretfully, we can not take indoor reservations for parties with minors.
b. Reservation times are 1-hour sessions. Please be mindful of your time – remember that other people are visiting after you.
c. To ensure that we do not exceed our limited capacity, indoor tables can only be held for 15 minutes past your reservation time.  If you are unable to make your appointment, we will do what we reasonably can to accommodate your visit, including the use of our outdoor space.

We will always do our best to accommodate all of our guests and their needs. During this time, we appreciate your patience while we do our part to prevent the spread of COVID.

What to Expect

To ensure the safety of all our guests and our staff, masks are required. Once seated at your table, you’re welcome to take your mask off and enjoy our award-winning wines.

A credit card is required to secure your reservations. This is for all our guests, including Members. Your credit card will NOT be charged unless you are a “no-show” for your reservations. Cancelations can be made up to 6 hours prior to the appointed tasting time. You can cancel your reservations through your confirmation email.

Each appointment is 60 minutes. We humbly request that you honor this reservation time, as your table may be booked for another party following your appointment.

To ensure safety and limit interaction, Tastings are pre-poured and pre-set at your table. In addition to tastings, glass and bottle purchases are available. Tastings are refundable with bottle purchases or Club Membership.


Do you sell food?
Yes, we have a meat and cheese board available for purchase. In fact, you can pre-order it when you book your reservations. Outside food is permitted on the Courtyard only. We have plenty of garbage receptacles for your convenience and require that you clean up after yourself.

Are dogs allowed?
Seasonally. Pets are welcome outdoors, limited to the Courtyard. Oregon Department of Agriculture prohibits pets inside our Tasting Room. All dogs MUST be on a 6’ or less non-retractable lead. If you do not have a clean-up bag handy, we offer them so that we can keep our property fresh and free from…unpleasant…odors.

Do you allow children?
Yes. All children must be seated at the table with their parents. We request that you are mindful of other guests and directly supervise your children and do not allow them to wander the property or Tasting Room. Regretfully, we cannot take indoor reservations for parties with minors.
