Once your knife has been sharpened, Chef Karen Stolberg will lead you through how to properly chop herbs. Then, you will fold your freshly chopped herbs into butter and have a butter tasting with your classmates. Included in your experience is a glass of wine and your own, brand new cutting board to take home.
